I thought it might be a good idea to show how I have set up for this portrait. I have the sketches around my easel plus printed photos of the King and Queen. What I need is to have all my reference material where I can see it, conveniently displayed so that I can refer directly to it.
The cream board is my surface – all primed and ready to go! this is the calm before the storm, the nice clean start.
