I am also sure they dont want to know about it or any of the icky details b) my latest idea for paintings is very very intimate…. My parents did not raise me as a prude, I am certainly NOT a prude as pretty much anyone who has ever met me will attest to vehemently, but I still cant seem to get past this with them. It goes both ways, I dont want to know anything about them and their sex lives either, but it seems like there is a huge part of my life that they dont even know about.
I have decided to take on my long awaited, much put off task of sorting my enormous sheet music collection…. I am missing the SCA though, it is a good place to express creativity etc. I am working on a new version of the St Monicas website…. I am pissed that it has been so long since it was updated, I surrendered the website early last year and nothing has been done on it since – dont whinge if you arent going to do it yourself!!

I love Art History and painting (obviously) and the course I am looking at is designed to allow exploration of art techniques and skills, as well as art history…. I am mildly worried about the long term implications of starting something like this, I still hope that I will be able to get better and get back to work. But I can still take it at my own pace so if I want to continue when I am back at work I can and at least it will be something for me to do during my convalescence…
I have been working on new techniques in my art. Previously my painting techniques involved high detail and tiny brushstrokes. Now I am looking to explore different subjects (rather than just portraits) and new techniques. I wish I knew what my next subject is, but I may continue with sex and the city for a while, exploring the concept more than the show.
