In line with my resolutions I am designing up all new marketing materials.
I have taken some time this week to really sit down and think about what I want to achieve this year. Last year was pivotal for re-discovering my self, for branching out in my work and for making an excellent start on my career. This year I wish to make solid goals and strive to attain them.
Well, this new year is already shaping up very well.
I am still recovering from a most rocking New Years bash. I’m still sore because I danced but I had a great time! Thanks to everyone who came, especially the people I haven’t met before.Phew!

This week I have received many correspondences regarding celebrating the achievements of this year and looking ahead to next year. Darren Rowse at Problogger has also started a group writing project on the subject which is serendipitous.
With all of the drama with my Father I forgot to mention that two of my works made it into Nudes of the Month for December on Barebrush.com. I am particularly excited about January’s Juror and am putting up plenty of my works.
This impasto series is really taking off. Now that my lines are more confident I am starting to use the knife more like a brush to gain different effects. I am also focussing on the underpainting to create a delicious mix of colors, gradients and emotions.
